well i think the time has come to sell my trusty runner. im just about to buy a big bike so i have no use for a reliable scooter anymore :lol: anyway '53' plate bike 41000kms, just had a new engine fitted due to a part failure. has tax and mot till september. just had new battery, new startor relay, been serviced and has had everything taken off and copper greased up by me. only mod is a scorpion pipe, has alloy footplates and vents but original things are included really nice drive very smooth. loads of room under the seat etc. the bike is running on pilot sport tyres so it handles well too this bike isnt a normal teenage bike. the pics dont do it justice. people have mistook it for a <10000km bike loads of times top speed 80mph and 75mpg will look for a swap for a drag 180 or preferably a runner 180 2 stroke, tuned is a bonus. cash sale looking around the 1000 mark personal numberplate is not included unless you want to pay me for it
You are about to buy a big bike so selling the VXR. But then you say you wouldnt mind a 180 runner or drag, tuned is a bonus? The fourstroking has gone to your head! How much are you looking for on the big-mile'd runner?
Oh yes. My mistake. £1000 it is.. I Usually skim till I see the "£" sign but couldnt see it. More than Id pay according to spec but looks a nice scooter.. Good luck with the sale and picking up a big-bike?
