Gilera runner 180 problem

Hi I'm new to scooters so don't know too much at all about them. Went to start my runner the other day and it made the sound asif it started, then died, I tried again and it made the same sound but for less of the time like it was about to tick over,
Now all I hear when I go to start is the starter relay click and that's it.
Also I can't use the kickstart as it don't work.

 

Flat battery?

 

Not too sure as battery was charged for a day and then still nthing

 

Try jumping it off another scooter battery or a car battery if u need to

 

Also why doesnt the kickstart work?

 

The kickstart is ceased. Been like that since I've had it

 

Ye you might want to look into that, kick start seized could mean it needs a new piston. which would also explain why your bike wont start

 

Well not necesserily the piston. Sounds to me like the engines seized it could be a number of things
