    Hi everyone,

Ive got a runner 172 with pm 54mm crank, 25mm carb, pm gear up, malossi vario, scorpion exhaust etc all tuned correctly. two questions for some help needed, ive just fitted a new kick starter gear (the part that locks into variator) and the other part that it connects to on the variator the crown bit, when i kick it over the lever dosent want to return its like the gear isnt coming back away from the vario, also i tried starting it the other day and had quite a vicious kick back, this has snapped my woodruff key holding the flywheel to the crank, is there any stronger ones or just have to replace them as soon as they shear is half ?

Thanks in advance for your help

The std woodruff key isn't a problem, make sure you torque the flywheel to the correct setting.
