ok basicly i was driving my gilera runner 172 the other night and all the electrics decided to just turn off, one of the problem was on the back of the clocks there a risistor or something that keep gets hot and just melts away ive changed it for another 1 but the problem is still there. aswell so far 2 my batterys have been destroyed, stinking and the one in it now isnt so good either. couple months back the main fuse thats near the battery just melted :/ its all standard 125 loom and everything could it be the regulater or something causing to much power from the alternater burning parts out some1 get back ASAP pleassseeee
Change the regulator and check all the earth wires, battery to engine to frame and the regulator earth wire.
