Gilera Runner 172 / 180 Malossi Cylinder Head

    Help !!!

    Have finally assembled my scooter and it fires up at the first push of the button. However......I have spagged up somewhere as on the cylinder head there is a valve / pipe / tube (call it what you will). What does it connect onto and where does it route to ?

    that comes off the water jack on to the hose next to the liquad cooling cover

    wind a screw into a peice of pipe and put it on the cyl head.. then cut a little bitoff the end of the bottom hose, remove the pipe fitting and slip the pipe further on so it covers the little hole. remember to bleed the sys fully ;)

    Thanks for your help chaps !


    So all it is a bleed valve (so as to speak) ?

    Didn't fancy using my scoot for any real distance and having the engine go pop !!
