Well as my mig welder broke and i can't do any more work on my vespa at the mo i decided to start on another bike that will be restored then sold on:
    Gilera runner 125sp 1999.
bike started up and runs but didn't run too nice so for a start i stripped the engine and rebuild it using new gasgets and another 125 top end that was mint that i had lying around (didn't replace the crank or mains because there was no need, no eccesive play in the conrod/crank and no nasty noises or feels from the bearings)
this is how i got it:

after quickly rebuilding the engine and bolting it back in the bike

had a set of spare wheels in black in very good condition with decent tyres so on they went

sanded the exhaust down, managed to weld the little hole in the down pipe even tho my welder was spitting like mad lol, repainted, new bolts ect:

painted the calipers front and back (wish my 180 was rear disk :( lol)

and a vid of its first start up after rebuild, smoking like it should due to EXTRA 2 toke oil and any ecces white spirt that remains in the "end can" after de coking :):)
