gilera runner 125cc keeps blowing fuses

as said my gilera runner 125cc keeps blowing the 15amp fuse. also the horn has stoped working, but its blowing it out within 2 minutes of riding? what do i need to look for to fix this? thanks

It'd help if you post how you fixed it because when somebody searches and finds that "you've fixed it", it isn't gunna be much help to them is it?

ok i figured it must be something to do with the horn as the horn isnt working, so i checked the horn, it was fine took of the handel bar panel which i did the day before and noticed i screwed the screw thru the horn wire which was blowing the fuses
