Got a gilera 125 2stroke this week as a do up and shift on project

The right of the 2 center fuses (3rd along) keeps blowing, the rear brake light isnt working but the standard light is on (rear light element working, brake light one not)

None of my indicators are working, nor is my horn, or my electric start.

Is this going to be the regulator? I cant get a multi meter to check the voltage till in the morning but does this sound about right?

Are you MAD! If you got a problem like that you dont swap regulators! It could easily blow your mates.
If it's blowing a fuse then you have a live shorting to earth. Replace the fuse, press one switch at a time to see which one blows it.
My guess is someone has put a screw through a wire behind the front panel, because that circuit controls all
    of the above.
