Gilera pterol not getting thru please help

    Hi on my Gilera runner u have the main black petrol which then petrol travel from that tank thru the vacuum into a little White/clear tank where the tap/valve sends it to the carb ... But it's only get half way thru the pipe between the vacuum and the little White/clear tank Thanks
