Hi, i was out on my bike the other day and it was running fine, i went to the pub for a couple of hours and when i went back to my bike it rode about 30 yards and bogged down and wouldnt start so i had to leave it at the pub, The next day i went to pick it up and it started again, went 30 yards and bogged down again, iv tried adjusting the air and fuel screws on the carb and nothing helps, iv taken the carb off and taken it to bits to make sure there no blockages and nothing seems to help, it will start every so often but only runs for around 30 seconds then it dies and wont start for at least another hour im thinking it could be a blockage somewhere but dont have a clue where to look, Thanks in advance. Carl.

Domt wanna sound like a dick but is there fuel in it?

Might be worth taking the plug out and cleaning it too.

Yeah iv got a full tank and i put a brand new spark plug in, like i said it will start and run but just not for long, and iv just found out that when i wobble the carb for a few seconds it will kick up but not for long so its really confusing me.

Any leaks ? Are you still using the vacuum pipe on the tank?? If so pull both pipes off suck on the return and if fuel keeps poring out the other one taps fucked.

Did it used to run fine before? Check the fuel pipes, what do you mean by manifold jonny? like cut or slit or tear?
