Alright all, I got Gilera ice and it has recently felt like it was Spluttering but I thought it was the exhaust cause the gasket was broke so got new 360 pipe and it dint sound as bad but now if I just go on my throttle it's alright but half throttle and it feels and sounds like it's warming up but it not then when you full throttle it's alriight but down hill it goes all funny:/ so I check all my carb blew through the jet and all that, still dint work! So I changed my standard air filter for a pm tuning one and it was perfect no spluttering or anything but I find that petrol drips out of the carb with this air filter but I don't know why:/ any ideas would help need to try and sort it tonight cause I need it for work tomorrow cheerssss!
Cuttibg it a bit fibe if you need it tomorrow! Right did you have a standard exhaust befire the pm 360?
Never mind you bought two of the same shite pipe, never mind eh? When you fitted the original pipe, you should have upjetted; was this done?
Well I bought the bike about a month ago and it came with a 360 so that one fucked I just got another one save fuckig about, so I don't know weather it was upjetted or not when the first pipe was put on? But I mean it ran fine for a month with the old pipe then when I swopped it and it was fine until now: / but it's weird cause I havnt touched the jetting so it should stay the same right? It runs spot on with a open pm tuning filter but it leaks petrol from the top of the carb, you know why this is?
Take the bloody filter off! I get fed up of people with people with 50's and open filters. Totally pointless. Right rant over, Put the airbox back on, Put a new spark plug in it, Do you know if it's a 17.5ml carb ? Have a look at the number on the bottom, should be around the 60+ range.
