Ok due to the funny sound, which is not the plastic fan on the variator, it is actually my main bearings.
I have taken the engine out, so that it can be fixed, but while its out, i will change all bearings, and be putting a 70cc kit on the engine and my 20.5 mil carb.
While this is all happening, i had an Nrg lyeing around, so i have put the nrg engine in my runner, and i am now able to have my transport and tune my other engine, not bad for one days work.
Ive tested the Nrg Engine in my runner, it bogs slightly on pull off, and bogs on full throttle, so i will have a play around with rollers, jets etc when i get in from college tomorrow, however i did manage 65mph clockspeed on a not so long road, which also means its accelerating very fast. But i don't want to thrash it til its set up properly, incase it goes bang...
    Cheers Will

everything fitted the same, except on my bike, theres a fuel pipe going into the reedblock area, on the nrg that bits plugged up so u have to make a hole and fit a valve for it, easy to do tho.

    cheers haugh.
i was surprised at the difference the nrg engine makes, because i thought they were the same, but the nrg engine is actually faster by a clear amount, if set up properly.
let me know if you need any help jamie
