This is my mates Gilera DNA 50cc, its in mint condition and looks really nice without being done up too much... Here's the advert tho and a few pics. Here we have an auction for a 2004 (54) Gilera Dna GP Experience 50cc Motorcycle. I am selling on behalf my friend who doesn't use eBay. He is now 17 and has moved onto a car. His insurance has also run out so cannot ride the bike so sees no reason in keeping it. He has owned the bike for 18 months and is the 3rd owner. As you can see the bike is in very good condition and has no scratches or scuffs on any of the panels. It has been well maintained, being cleaned every few weeks and regularly checked on by his dad. The mileage of the bike is 9176 miles and the bike has always been run on the more expensive, fully-synthetic oil. The bike has MOT until September 2007 which is the first the bike has needed since new. Taxed until March 2008. The engine has been de-restricted by the previous owner mainly to help the bike keep up with traffic. The bike has several minor modifications to the bodywork, including: A white and red St George's Cross re-upholstered seat A polished transmission case White wheels which are eye-catching and the main feature of the bike There are also a couple of other minor modifications. The transmission oil has also been topped up recently. Both tyres have been recently changed and the current set have lots of tread left on them. V5 and logbook present along with 2 sets of keys. This DNA is one of the nicest bikes in the area and has always been kept in dry storage in a locked garage. Winning Bidder pays cash on collection, not via paypal. Sensible offers welcome. He wants £50 for the ZX. Will be about a fiver on top for postage as well. Its in mint condition mate, used but he's sanded all the rust off from around the downpipe area, given a good clean, a few coats of VHT paint and a laquer over the top. It looks like its new now so £50 is a pretty good price. If you want a few pictures, let me know and I can get some for you...

Yeah it is mate, as I said before its been covered in VHT Paint (Very High Temperature Paint) so obviously it withstands very high temperatures lol. And it has been sprayed in a clear lacquer, that gives it the shineyness. It just makes it look better and gives added protection from rust, makes it easier to wipe muck off as well... Still interested then mate?
but 55 for a ZX pipe is quite lot... seeing as i can get a mallosi one for 65 offa mates. lemmy fink bout it

I'm sure the lacquer will just melt off? every pipe i've ever had, has had the lacquer melt off :wtf:
Well, it said on the can it was fine for spraying exhaust etc. Just have to see, the VHT shouldn't go if the laquer does.

Nah sorry boss, the bike's already sold... Just the ZX exhaust that is still for sale. Sorting it all out with my mate, like how much he wants etc and how much postage is gonna cost.
