Gilera DNA 50 weak spark

Hey guys!

I have 2002 year Gilera DNA 50 and I have a small problem... Then I start it with kick starter it will start right away, but then i want to start it with electric starter it wont start. I thought I would test it with car bettery and check if it need a lot more power. For some history just today I replaced stator and the magnet with a brand new one becouse with old one I didn't get any spark (the cause of the problem was statot sensor). Do you have any ideas there to check it? Could it be bad CDI? Oh btw for some reason my CDI has 4 connectors. The 4 connector is to kill engine then the key is turened.
