    Hello people

I have a Gilera dna 50cc, it seems to leak water. It is coming from the inside of the engine and drips from the bottom of the cassing. Has anyone come across this before and they can give me any tips i can do to fix it.

In the begining it wasnt so bad but now it just drips constantly but the engine wont over heat untill the water is finished.

    Please can someone help.

    Thanks in advance

yeh mann, its easy. i thought it was gonna be hard to fit aswell but it only took me bout 30min. :D

just make sure ur careful when knocking the new bearings in and make sure u put the seal on the right way (so take a pic on ya phone so that u can c which way it goes on)..

after u've fitted it, start pourin ya new coolant in to the MAX level on ya rad tank then let it tick over with no cap on rad tank so all ya air locks get pumped out, then u shud b reet.

piece of piss matee. easy peasy!! :w00t:

im afraid its a bit more involved on the piaggio engine!!!

The engine cases have to be split!!!

The water pump on piggy engines isnt in the same place as minarelli's.

(if only they were :( )

i told you mehmet, the engine will need to be split, if you dont pick up that new engine ill drop that one out, and strip it, then that should reduce labour by a goood few hours.

    dont do it yourself.

will end up in tears and a 10hr labour bill to correct it.
