gilera 172 2 stroke cooling pipes location

looking at mates bike, overheating, coolent leaking from tank cap
looks like coolent pipes are maybe wrong way round
can someone tall me if cylinder head pipe goes to left of radiator
and right bottom radiator pipe to pump

The cylinder head pipe goes to the bottom right of the radiator, and the other hose that enters the engine blocks is on the left side hole you cant get it wrong, its simple from the head goes on right side up to the reservoir, then from it goes down the radiator and from the left goes in the engine blocks to the pump.

 

so thick pipe fron cylinder head to bottom right of radiator underneath filling reservoir bottle, and pump thick pipe to left of radiator

 

Pretty much, yeah.

 

this runner only has 1 thick pipe on pump...and 1 thick pipe on cylinder outlet

 

left inlet radiator thick pipe on angle

 

you can just see clip of bottom thick pipe on bottom of right side radiator

 

Do as i told you, 0 mistakes.
