Hey people I need some answers on how to increase a 50cc Gilera runner's performance other then a sports pipe,rollers, and de-restricting it. Is there any other way, that isn't cost heavy and wont cause my insurance to SKY ROCKET!hock: As I want one of the fastest bikes out of my friend, mainly for bragging rights and because its gonna be quite a big difference from the usual speeds of an off-road bike which I ride regularly. Also which pipe is better, A Yasuni or Leo Vince? as the Yasuni seems quite popular but from what I know, Leo Vince is good for money and ideal for 50cc Runners? Any answers are greatly appreciated guys. (btw if this is in the wrong section, I apologise as I'm new here and thought this would fit in this section)
What's your competition? are they standard 50's ? a 70cc " Sport " kit with an upjet and change of rollers and decent exhaust would see you out in front. :yahoo:
At the moment, only one friend with a new shaped runner, Leo Vince exhaust and rollers( Not sure of the weight), de-restricted. But he doesn't have a 70 kit, and to be honest I don't want to get one myself. Because I wouldn't buy a 50 with a 70 kit, you don't know if the jobs been done properly or not if you get what I mean.
so are you saying you want to increase its performance without spending or doing anything you listed or aswell as? once you change anything on it your insurance is invalid anyway,as for the pipe yasuni c16 :grin: you dont get owt for nowt!..pimp yourself,or your lass out and get some dollar spent :thumbsup:
