Gearing..

    How will i no if i got a primary or secondly?.. on my aerox.. all i can say is when i pull off it goes then revs its nuts off then dies down a lil bit and when im going around 55 clock speed it feels like i hit a power band and powers off again... does that mean i have the 2?

    To be certain, drain the gear box oil, take the transmission cover off, remove the clutch and take the gearbox cover off. Look for straight cut gears... then rebuild and oil up safe in the knowledge of what you have in there :pimp:

    lol, yeh i could do that but i dont fancy fucking it any more.. lol ive had anuf trub tryin to get a decent jet for it..

    it's only an idea, but try using a really bright torch like an LED one or something and shine it into the oil filler hole with the cap off and look that way, not sure if you'll be able to see though, so like I said just a thought.

    long way is count the turns on the clutch vs the turns on the wheel, the ammount will be a combination of one gear up plus one of your stock gears.

    but ye, strip it or look through the hole :D
