Below are some pictues of an oil leak on my aprilia rx 50 2001 model.
im guessing the oil seal has gone?

could anybody tell me how i would go about replacing the seal, thanks

the arrow on the diagram indicates where its leaking from.

just pull the shifter off and then take the seal out by putting something between the seal and the shift rod and pry it out....maybe sure to lean your bike to the other side so no oil comes out. then clean it good, rub some clean oil on the new one and tap it in place with a socket
