Well it sounds stupid really but I've recently ported my sport and flowed my cases and now the standard metal gasket is too large for the cases (over laps the ports) so I don't know what I should do. I see people using gasket paper but surely that will change the squish ?

You can get different thickness gasket paper. Measure your metal gasket when the correct squish is set and order the right size replacement.

You can also cut down the metal gasket so it doesn't intrude on the ports. I've seen some of your flow work before however and if you have left far to little material on the gasket face then you should pad it out with chemical metal.

Nah I've done it much better this time haha! None of that stupidly fucked up less than 1mm of tranfer port left :L got a even 3mm all the way round the port :) The kit and cases match almost perfect (Need to take a mm out left of the cases) It's using the standard sport gasket which had perfect squish o_O lol. So i'll measure that up and order some. Thanks :)
