full throttle spluttering and popping (nag)

as title says at full throttle bike splutters and pops i have nrg power 2007 lc
i have alot of upgraded parts here is the list..

Many polini parts through out (inlet manafold, clutch, rollers, variater, Intel fan, torque spring, engine belt, carb jets) off the top of my head. Tnt jack up kit, 22mm carb, doppler 70 bore kit, polini hi speed kit, ngk spark plug and ngk spark plug cover, also fitted with a ramair open filter.

why could my could this be i have recent just brought the bike and found out today that it is fitted with 100/110 polini jets

 

have you fixed it yet..cos i think it could be a number of things..concentrate on the fuel and air side of things though.find whats right and your left with whats wrong
