Hi all, Yet another problem with the Runner, Earlier I was preforming a basic check to make sure everything was OK, and now it has a problem!! When I go Full Throttle, when moving or not, it almost cuts out and stutters, I have posted a link to a youtube video below to help with diagnostics! All I done when looking round the bike was check the air filter and remove the panel out of the seat box and "prod around" but not removing anything! Took it for a test ride and now it struggles to get to 40mph on a 3/4 mile stretch of road. Got the RAC out earlier, he seemed to suggest it was the Carb filter and one other pipe coming from it, both had breaks in it, he said that it is a fuel problem, then narrowed it down to that, he done a bodge repair and that seemed to be a little better.. So the search begins...
it sound like a blocked jet tbh, its worth checking! if you've got any carb cleaner give the carb a good clean, it aint going to damage it even if im wrong about the jet
sounds like an air leek to me , check the airbox is connected properley , the one on my aerox kept coming loose because the rubber was old and worn
