tinyiest bit off finishing and then need to fill and smooth
barrel needs like a couple of hours and the dividers pushing out :D

yer literally a pipe and its running lol, want a gear up tho.

putting in an order on a euro site next week cos i get paid so we need to sort out a list

    pipe, gasket, rollers, gear up

oh shit need that manifold aswell and some pilot jets and needles

pilot's deffo.. needles dont bother with.. i think its a thicky in there so i can just mod it in a drill if need be ;) verniers/micromiters are good for ALOT of things ;)

final finnishing aint a prob, hour or two with the hand files as you know, ill sort it for ya. as for the gear up an pipe, dont need them to get the bike back together ay :D just gotta plug the pump hole and throw the crank in.. barrel on and get the thing in there/pump piped up.. fair bit to do but its no more than a days full work.. especially with the two of us on it.. my wiring/clocks an shit are on the way anyway so we should both be on road around the same time.. im gona need to run that smile pipe and an unported barrel till i can grab some bearings an sort the other engine.

you workin on it today then?

did an hour this morning gona do another hour now but then i got work
Tomorrow can we sort them plastic pieces for the flywheel cover and the waterpump, then im getting the bottom end together and hopefully the barrel done
Theres looooads of space down my sidegate now so all the bikes are going in the shed

oh yer half term this week so we need to sort some sort of wiring so i can start fitting in all the benchs and worktops

got a LOT of free stuff from the wonderful HOMEBASE

Nice work Alex, any difficulties or did it go in alright? Engine hasn't flaked by the look of it either, looks nice in black. Just out of curiosity, how much was your roll of sandpaper? I was always taking trips to halfords
