They took it off I guess....
You just need to mix oil in with the petrol.
About 3 percent oil is probably right. So 3ml oil per 100ml petrol.
    Or 30ml per liter.

You will need to buy one, and probably a pump and oil pipes etc. I wouldn't recommend it if you didn't know where to look for it....

They probably premix because the oil pump packed up in the past, or because those bikes are known for drinking oil faster than petrol.
You could check to see if the pump is working or not by attaching a piece of clear tubing to the feed intake of the pump and see if it gets sucked down and fed out through the other pipes, but do it after you have premixed the fuel first, just in case.

Curious as to why it has a fuel filter in the line............but check the pump operation first and don't get carried away with buying stuff before you know what you actually need

I'd be testing the pump first for a simple reason.........if it doesn't work then you order a new pump plus the tank at the same time and they should end up being delivered together instead of buying a tank, testing the pump, tank gets delivered, pumps knackered, buy a pump, wait for delivery.......
    Dude......slow your impulses down........
