I have a 2003 Gilera vrx 200 runner, when I got it, it had about threequarters of a tank of fuel, I have since used this and as I did so the guage needle dropped its height to empty, I filled the tank to the top and the guage showed up above the full mark, I have done about 90 miles since and the guage still reads the same height, when I switch off it drops, so it is moving, how many miles should I be getting out of a full tank and why is the needle not dropping with the fuel use, also at 50 and 65 mph what revs will the engine be doing.
the needle will probably go down reasonably quick once you get to the point where it starts to register as not full. Dont worry about it not going down quick with usage...as long as it registers empty when theres hardly any fuel left thats all that matters
