fuel gauge

    Hey guys i;m tru and kinda new to owning a scooter only got it a few days ago, i own a speedfight 2 50cc aircooled ( know you guys dont like them much) when i got it was told i needed to get a new speedo cable does this stop my fuel gauge from working too cause i hasnt moved and i filled it today, thanks in advance for any help.

    no, whoever has fitted it has disturbed the plug on the back of the clocks

    Its not had the cable fitted yet still waiting for it to come, But today i took the exhaust off cause its blowing and waiting on a new one and looked at the top of the tank and there's a connector that leads to my tank that was covered with oil could that be the reason?
