Hello again. Another question from someone of little experience.

My 125 has quite a low ratio of miles:gallons I think. I probably filled it up fully 2 days ago and i'm already on half a tank with only a few trips made in that space of time. I may have done about 25 miles or just over in those 2 days. I paid about £7 for the tank to appear to be full and already gone through a lot of it. Are there any tips on improving the fuel economy of the bike other than 'dont do 0-40 and back down to 0 just before some traffic lights'. Are there any old parts on the bike which may be causing it to have a lower fuel economy? Would a replacement of certain things help that last longer?

Also from about 1/3 of the tank to nothing it seems to go very quickly. Is that a problem with the display or do I need to clean any shit out of the fuel tank?

    Appreciate any responses.

Ok i'd appreciate a link. I searched ''Fuel Economy'' and got a bunch of threads without that in the title but maybe containing ''fuel'' or ''economy'' within. I didn't really wanna go through all those threads to find what I want.

    Could someone help me out?
