orite guys i jsut had a crash and some fucking cunting ponse dickhead is trying to put the blame on me, coming back from work there was a golf gti in front of me , he stops for a reversing car and theres a big enough gap for me to get through so i go for it and he swerves and trys to knock me off , i just keep going and he goes flying past me at over 70 and stops dead in the middle of the road , i go ploughing in to the back of him, and he sayss he just wanted a chat , bullshit , the fact is he hated it when a ped got one over on his golf 2,0 gti and just wanted some revenge , what a dick , now the insures are gona see it as my fault probly because i should of left a big enough stopping distance , what a cunt

you need to report the golfs driving to the police...

sounds like his actions caused you to crash unnecessarily...

unless you have a witness chances are itll go 50 50 as he'll lie and say he was driving legally and you ploughed into the back of him as he gently braked to avoid a kitten

If you went in to the back of him then it's atleast partially your fault for being too close

 

Insurance company's will look at blaming you whether or not it was his fault mate.

Speak to the Police and tell them what happened and that he was beeping/two finger signs showing you no respect whatsoever.


Don't understand why anybody would want to go and do this though glad your alright though, thats tall that matters

 

to be honest you should have waited behind the cars instead of blasting through but he shudent have done that.

this happen to me once where these car over took me as soon as i turned off this round-a-bout and was about a foot and half off me so i beeped and he pulled infront of me and slammed his brakes on. was only going like 30 though so i didnt hit him , just waited for him to pull off though cus there was like 4 of them in the car

yeah the gap was fine , the road was bareley even two lanes wide and the golf was in the middle so i went past on the right becasue there was parked cars to the left , and i didnt go bombing past i was bareley even doin 10mph when i went past

but cheers for all the support guys , i know il probly end up getting shafted by the insurance for it but im gona try and do this cunt for dangerous driving , his driving today could of killed me and cunts like that should not be alowed on the road at all

 

If you say to the police that you went past him when he stopped, he shot past you because he was annoyed then he jumped on the brakes. He can't be in 2 places at once can he. And he done it becuase you went past him and it pissed him off.
Get the police to ask him why he jumped on the brakes suddenly and get them to ask him if you went past him when he stopped for the car. If he says yes then he fucks him self as he would of had to overtake you to get infront of you again.

if you overtake someone and then slam the brakes on so hard that person

smashes into the back of you, that is dangerous driving...

I would go as far as saying that bloke used his car as a weapon against alex...
A car can stop a lot quicker than a ped at 30mph, and the driver would of known that!!

 

2 people have done that to me this week, once in the car and once on my bike, luckily i stopped in time. Fucking stupid to tell ya the truth.

some cunt slammed on his brakes round a roundabout yesterday in front of me , made me lock up harshly but i didnt hit the prick, i wusnt up his ass or anything he just looked pissed as fuck from the way he was driving and his aggresiveness towards me. wanker

you're still a road vehicle. personally I would've waited if the car had stopped to let someone out or whatever.

but he shouldn't have been a prick just cause you took over him.
and i agree with using the car as a weapon.
he purposely got in front of you to slam his brakes on.
and those were his intentions, clearly.
definitely dangerous driving.

 

Hey Al, hope you are okay buddy.

I was involved in a similar incident involving an OAP. Said he didn't see me (shock !). I managed to swerve and stop, but still nearly ended up on the kerb. after he nudged my o/s sidepanel. I had to got to hospital as i suffered from bruising and whiplash the day after.

It transpired that the git was uninsured, and it took just over two years to sort everythin out.

The moral of the story, treat every four wheeled vehicle as a possible hazard. It also fuels my argument for retesting everyone regardless of what vehicle(s) they ride or drive every ten years or so.

dave your spot on there, he knew exactly what he was doing but i expect he thought id brake in time before hitting him , im just glad im not that hurt tbh i was goin 50+ when i slammed on the brakes , and ther was no way i was eer gona brake in time and couldnt go round because the road was so thin and there was aparked car to his right, the bikes gona be out of action for a few days though, whole front completely ruined in, forks seem to be okay but ill check them properley
