I'm such a twat... I've owned a pug speedfight 2, 50cc for the past year now... For about 6 months, i've had shit pulloff... I've literally spent shitloads of money, hoping to cure the problem... 12 Sets of new rollers (different weight) new clutch and drum New sports variator 3 new belts Clutch springs, Contra spring new jets... 2nd hand carb And fuck me... I've found the problem... The rear drum brake was crap when i brought the bike, and, about 6 months ago, i tightened it up... Forgot all about the breaks... I even seeked professional help... Turns out that the bastard rear break was sticking! :emb: :nerd: Adjusted correcly, i can now wheely the fucker... I feel such a twat! So remember... ALWAYS check the easiest things first! :emb:
We've all done it mate! I remember wondering why my van needed so much oil on the oil change. Then I saw it running out from underneath. I'd forgotten to put the sump plug back in!
heard of that done a few times. the best one was a bloke doing an oil change over an inspection pit a few years back on his moggy 1000. drained the oil ok then started pouting oil in, 6 gallons later he decided to investigate why it still wasn't on the dipstick. he had 2 inches of oil in the bottom of the inspection pit. :wtf:
