    Hi Guys,

Got my order from Scooter Center yesterday.
In the order was a RMS crank (cheap full circle.... for about 70odd euros). will be interested to see how it performs. the conrod is noticibly smaller than the polini item that was previously in the scooter, although, its probably about half a mm thicker...

    anyway my question....
I got a polini front half pulley and fan. the pulley is one of the ones without the teeth for the starter motor. anyway... the diameter of the pulley seems a bit small. i overlayed it on the old pulley, and it is pretty much the same diameter as the wear marks from the belt. Is this ok?

ye will be fine pal... there oversized as stock (to do wiht the starter ring position) the belt never really hits the top of the ramp on the front outer on the 50's unless you have the polini overrange variator

    Thanks man....
i thought it would probably be ok.... just wanted to make sure...

the variator is a polini 9 roller. not over range to my knowledge.
the half pulley is pretty chunky. its about half a mm thicker than the OEM. :)

the crank didnt come with nuts either. ill have to send the mrs off to the nuts and bolts shop.
