take the pads out and force the pistons back mate :D

flathead always does the job for me OR i did it once taking the caliper off the bike and putting my variator locking tool thru were the pads go and evenly pushing the pistons back your call

    should be piss easy?

remove the pads as you can only damage them, its piss easier with them out too

Have you taken the caliper off the forks? If no take it off, put the wheel back on and put the caliper on after that. Just dont forget to pump the brake a few times after its all back topgether because it wont work first few times.

sorted it eventualy took breaks off the bike used impact wrench to get the nipple off and stuck a screwdriver inbetween the pads to open them up again and it sqirted out a load of break fluid i havn't got to test the breaks yet as the engine and rear wheel isnt sorted yet but im guessing im going to need to replace the fluid and bleed the breaks again?
any one know how they locked up closed and only when the fluid came out they opened up as they wer fine before and the wheel has only been off a few days?
cheers for all the help tho

    alot of shit
take the caliper off and rebuild it, wip the piston out and take the seals out too, clean the grooves up nicelly and either get dsome new seals or if your old ones are decent put them back in.piston back in , caliper on and bleed it. will be good as new
