For Sale forum - cant start new thread

    I am unable to start a new topic in the For Sale section. Any ideas why??

    you need to have atleast 100 posts to post in the for sale section.

    How many posts do you have.?.,think you have to qualify for certain sub-forums -before you can knock up a thread (stops fly by night,merchants)mk.;).

    Post up a thread or 2,what you may be getting up too with your ped,good way to get your posts up.
    You'll get advice,peeps get a review in action,on maybe a particular model,etc.;).

    What a load of nonsense my post got deleted cos i was advertising. God knows how .but from what i remember terro was a bit of a @#$/# from way back nothings changed !
    No doubt this will be deleted too lol

    Not really. It stops people just coming on and selling their stuff and going again.
    After all, this isn't Fleabay now is it?
    You need to have about 50 posts before you are eligible to post in the for sale section.

    Not sure why scooters being sold on a scooter forum is a potential problem tbh. Especially if it helps a member looking for a scooter to buy which I'm sure there are many but if there the rules then "there the rules" :confused::D

    Would think it was a 'common sense' issue & was decided to be put in place.to protect members from fly by night merchants just popping onto the site/flogging something quite anonomously an then buggering off and leaving someone with a pile of crap.
    Makes alot of sense when you think about it 'posting minimum/qualifacation' - instills alittle element of trust .;).
