the 110mm crank was a supprise.. gotta sling the crank in and see what dont fit, think the skirt is fine tho (cut to fuck as you can see) tidy up on the case, build then wait to see what the barrel vs piston position is like.. scared shitless over the lack of gasget but fuck it, what can we do LOL as far as roller setup, FUCK KNOWS, ill space it for the rolers you have. ill probably end up up that way settin the 2 up ether way.. any excuse to actually SEE my work. 99% of the time it go's out the door an thas all i hear.. no news is good news ay, still not had any calls over broken bgm cranks tho. an this ones FUCKIN nice.. for a split second i actually considderd jus keepin it LOL
oh, sort of slung it together for the sandblasting.. its not perfect, but EVERYTHING got a cleaning (hub/disk/old ipston, flywheel, you name it.) befor i build this, its premix ye? got the pump sorted, will have a nice lil pipe sys sorted an pump attached when you pick it up. again, ima tame it down just a bit JUST because i dont honestly know the crank. still, should be torquey as FUCK an just pull like a train. the new stub is WANK btw some pidgion poo welds

did you ever run this engine? both this and brad's had some FUCKED bearings (again, the bearing cage literally snapped an wore away omn the crankcase, ive made good of it but god damn where u gettin thesde fucked lumps from? LOL) other than that the engine looks sweet, no rebuilds ATALL not even had the oil pump out befor (well, unless somone has a piaggio screwdriver as ANY size screwy will fuck the screws (i make my own from a ps2 wiht the tip cut down) but ye, see ya later i suppose (gota fix mine today, exhaust stud snapped on the way home, lets hope it gets me to work
