tomorrow i got the night off, were heading over to a private country club (second time this month) for some top nosh, expensive pay per view porn and lots of room service.. had the lamb wellington followd by bailys cheescake last time, belive the slow roast pork loin or maybe the nicoise salad (wiht a good bottle from Montpelier) to start followd by the seerd pork tenderloin and poached minature roast side..... but then again, the menu is fucking amazing (should be at 90 quid a seat) but ye, ill deffo be throwing up my culinary marvels once im back in the kitchen (i dont do packets.... just raw ingredients, herbs, spices and love) nobody knows about minor's bubble
Did a lovely hoisin beef stir fry with fried rice. Threw in some scotch bonnets and chipotle's to add some smokey heat and sweet heat. Went down a treat.

just did a joint of gammon in mustard an maple syrup... roast parsnips an carrots obv in there.. mash potato (wich im pro at i must say) veg and home made onion and pork gravy.... beautiful.
