fly wheel removal

hey as title says how do you remove a fly wheel?

took of the cover and undone bolts but doesnt seem to budge.. do i need a special tool? cheers

 

need a fly wheel puller there about a tenner get em from websites or piggy dealers dont try n bodge it youl chip all ya cases like i did .

 

various ways can remove it

cable ties
hammer
slide hammer
flywheel puller

anyone got any ideas on how to remove with the hammer?

cable ties thru the holes and hold

then put nut on end of shaft (flush with end of shaft)

and hit with a hammer

you dont NEED a puller, just makes it a little simpler taper fits are cunts!
