Edges shouldn't be rounded they should be sharp at the corners. Look at my vespa project for pictures.
even no the corner aint sharp will it still work alright. and also i was told that not to polish were i flowed the casses as the petrol dont mix as well.. remember this is the first time iv given this ago.
