Fitting Zip sp front panel to 2003 zip kat?

    Hello all,first post so be kind!
    I would like to know if there is a lot of work to do this conversion?
    As It would be good to paint it while off the scooter whilst keeping original on.
    Any other tips for body mods to body work?
