Fitting a choke cable and leaver

I have found that taking the choke off my OKO carb once the engine is warm can be a bit of a pain. I thought I may be able to do it whist sitting on my bike, but this is not the case so I have to dismount to take it off. I was thinking about fitting a choke cable so that I can operate while still sitting on the scooter.

Has anybody done this conversion? If so can you point me in the right direction in terms of what I need to buy, where to source and how to fit the kit.
