Fitting a 70cc Kit

    Hi, i just wanted a step by step guide how to remove the 50cc cylinder and fit the 70cc kit? and how hard is it roughly? im a mechanic so i got all the tools needed

    a quick run through on l/c's basically, drain the coolant and remove coolant pipes from the cylidner head, then ht cap temp sesor, and anythign else that would stoop it from just sliding off, then undo the four bolts and the head will come off.

    next is the rest of the barrel, just undo the exhuast from the manifold, and the rest of the cylidner should just slide off.

    then the piston is held on by two circlips eiter side, set slightly into the piston, but theres a littel notch which allows you to pull them out with some needlenose plyers, then push the gudgeon clip out and remove the piston,

    went on there before, from what i remeber its a good guide but its for fuel injected models, so its a bit different(harder)

    lol im a mechanic myself and i recon i could fit it but i wouldnt mind giving some1 a score or so to help me out or just show me exactly what to do
