Hi lukemills12345 people use a flame gun (propane torch) to heat the area around the cases were the bearings drop in to make is easyer to fit them.

Also stick the bearings in a freezer bag (or any sealed, bag try to get as much air out of the bag as you can) stick them in the freezer (the cold shrinks them ever so slightly) for a few hours.

    so the paln should be

    Bearings in freezer over night.
crankcases inside kept at room temp

    get stuff set up
    grab bearings from freezer
Propane torch to heat area around were the bearings
!!DO NOT HOLD IT IN ANY ONE PLACE FOR TOO LONG!!
6 circles of the bearing area it fine.

    drop the bearings in !!!

If you have to tap then down a bit use a rubber mallet and only hit the outer race of the bearing.
let the cases cool a bit then fit the seals

    Job done !!!! :yahoo:

Edit added a video for you too
