first attempt at crank.

right well took engine out and started stripping to try do the crank lol





might try abit of flowing and matching while its all out.

edit: well bearings and seals are out and just spent abit of time cleaning the cases up.

need to order some parts though.

crank and mains/seals and little end bearing, gaskets, some gear box oil and some sealent.

what gear box oil do i use ?

just orded bgm evo 52mm a set of bgm mains and seals and a gasket set.

and a few other little things.

cleaned the cases up and started painting them bright red :w00t:

orded some ice switch gear and a set of dh bars.

 

made a tempate of the barrel ports to put against te cases and they are pretty much perfect

got a pic very poor though using some old shit phone



and doing abit of very minor flowing with some emery paper and and a shit old file i got :w00t:

did some serious digging around on this site this morning and found some pics of 125 flowed cases so have got bit of a guide to follow now

 

i see more people are painting engines now lol

 

i painted mine black ages ago , its much easier than polishing it lol, that takes forever

 

kyle where did ya find them pics m8 of the ported casings iv had a look but havnt had no luck could you post em up m8 and also does any one know if the same flow work needs to be done on 50cc casings as to a 125 set o cases good look wiv ya lil project im hoping you succeed to show everyone that peeps can do cranks wivout bein uba experts lol
