Hey, I resently put a new 70cc kit in the my 50cc moped and there is no change and im wondering why. i have taken off the variator ring and thats about it derestricting wise . But after i put the new kit in there was no change but after some research i think it might be the exhaust but im not too sure on it ive looked into other exhausts but the ajs firefox one has this thing on far right side so i dont know if i can have a different exhaust and put a new one in.

    Does this one go in?

But i was wondering how would i get a different exhaust for my moped so maybe it will be able to go faster.

    Cheers.

That thing is an emissions thing, it puts air into the exhaust to reduce the emissions.
    Is it a minerelli engine?
They go pretty fast without the variator ring

Right now it goes 63 mph but it went that before with the 50cc so the 70cc change has done nothing

Increasing cylinder size doesn't really mean more speed. As the rotating parts are still the same.
But changing the exhaust will make a big difference with a 70kit.

you might need a bigger carb to make a diffrence. you cant just bolt on a 70 cc kit and want it to go faster. you need the supporting mods.

What engine does it have? 2 or 4 stroke?

    Ok I googled a bit.
Change your exhaust. The stock one is holding your engine back.
