Fine & Points for christmas anyone?[UPDATE]

Need to know what im expecting fine / points wise for failing to stop at a give way sign / going into a car.

Been found guilty of something i didn't do >:'(

what happend?
erm fine could be anything from £100 up2 £1000 all depends on how the judge is with you really cos they can make you compensate the driver for shit like loss of earnings through not being able to use car an bullshit like that.
and again with the points, failing to stop at a stop sign could be seen as careless driving and thats a serious offence.

Well what REALLY happend is,

I was driving down a road doing 25 - 30 mph, car pulled straight out didnt even look at me and i ploughed straight into him, couldnt stop in time.

What he has said and got away with.

he been going down the road ive been on and ive shot straight through the junction and gone into him.


Fucking cunt tried making it worse for me by saying "This illegal motorcycle came flying through the junction at speed"

Ive done my CBT, was insured etc perfectly legal.

Oh well shit like this happens just gotta scrape through it.

Well learned from my mistake as soon as you have an accident grab the first fucker you see and get their details.

I couldnt do it at the time i ripped a muscle in my leg and was rolling round on the floor f'ing and blinding. :rofl:

some people have to accept responcabiltiy and to lie to you and a judge is something but then for it to go against you is something else

that not needed best bet is to tell a couple close friends about it and have them as a witness just say they gave you there number and said they saw everything and have them brag about how he was in the wroung

ur in the right. speeding or not he HAS to give way. hes trying to join a road, thus haveing to give way to vehicles that are already on said road

 

Well ive been fucked for it both vehicles where moved from the scene before the police arrived - i limped out of road rather than get run over so no evidence on my part / he had a witness lie for him too.
