What tools (such as syringes or hoses) do you use to fill the gearbox oil in a typical 4T 125? I am referring to the ones with the fill port on the side of the gearbox.

I have my 1L container of 80W90 but it is not a "stuff it in and squeeze" bottle. It is a "measure it and pour" type.

The scooter is a Scomadi TL125 (Euro 4) and will be arriving in a couple of weeks so I am getting my tools and fluids ready.

You are right - a couple of quid each... but you do have to be careful where you shop for the ones with a short length of clear plastic hose on the end... Google can get some very funny ideas of what "alternative" uses there are for that product!

Last time i did it. I didnt have any syringe. It was cold and Windy as fuck. And the hole was really tiny. So i just measured the gear oil up beforehand. And folded some thicker paper into a triangular funnel. That fit within the holes small diameter. And poured it in. And compensated with a tad extra oil. For what was still stuck on the paper
