was wondering on how much work it is to put a fat rear wheel on a scoot, such as an NRG.. is it as simple as bolting it on? does the hub need modding? does the wheel have to be a specific type? It looks awesome & im wondering how it's done.

Here's a vid to show what i mean

Just have a hub machined up to fit the nrg hub then the wheel, then tune the engine to about 40hp just to turn the wheel!
