I'm running 130/60 r 13 (I think that's right) , but what's the widest I can go on standard rims on my area 51 (disc brakes if that helps!?)
when i spoke to dopey bloke from the a garage he said the one are on there cuz the help the bike handle better so if you change them othe thing will change lol
you wont be able to go too much fatter on the rear tyre, as clearance between the engine cases at the front is pretty limited on auto scooters... if you get down on your hands and knees and have a look, youll see what i mean
Mmmmm tis a bit ain't it! 140 maybe? Just want it to look a bit "chunky in the rear!" (bit like the mrs!.......ouch! Mrs looking over my sholder! Doh!)
Just an update, I got 130s again, but when there naffed I'd still like 140s! Mmmm chunky! Are any of you chaps/chapess's running 140s? Would you mind measuring the with at the widest point on the tread just so I can see if I'll have enough clearance!? Thanks all!
