Whats with me and bolts? The bolt or nut what ever u wanna call it to get to the vario doesn't wanna play ball and i've worn it abit Correct size but it just started turning on the bolt slowly :rtfm: What should i do
Use a flat file and clean the edges back up sharp again Make sure you use a 6-sided socket and not one of these cheapo 12-sided ones. You can use heat on the nut and if shit comes to bust put some WD40 in there to get onto the threads. You can always clean the WD out later when reassembling.
if its real bad... you can use a hacksaw to make a cut across the top of the bolt head..... then you can use a big flat blade screw driver to undo it.....
you lot are far to violent to be let near scooters. tweak is right, clean the flats up, take any un-necessary burrs off, use WD-40 and the proper tool for the job and you'll have no problems.
grind the top of the nut back pritty roughly, it melts the metal and swells out. hammer a correct sized 6 side on as instructed and replace when removed (along with replacing whatever tool rounded the nut in the first place)
