i have a speedfight 100cc it has a sporty but it appears to be entirely unbranded ive checked EVERYWHERE! but still no clue. Anyway, the gasket at the end of my silencer can has blown so the exhaust fumes exit the back of the can not the tip. i can't find trhe right size gasket anywhere either... so should i Gun-Gum the end of the can shut so the fumes goes the right way until i get a new exhaust??

Which brings me on to the next question, can anyone recommend a decent exhaust for the speedfights? i heard leo vince were good but alot of my mates have snapped so are there any good alternatives??

    thanks =]

OK gasket problem 1st, use Blue Hylomar gasket sealer to seal the can to the stinger....or....clear silicone sealent, the stuff you get from places like B&Q for use in bathrooms etc is ideal....

Get a pic up of your exhaust, someone will be able to identify it, i know most of the common pipes by look, and if its really rare Terro has an uncanny skill of identifying unusual/rare/unbranded pipes ;)

The thing is, if your going to replace it, it may as well be with something better not worse, as leo vince are a little...lets say average, and that may be being complimentary to leo vince as well :D

Right... heres two pics (the R-cup sticker is there because it looked weird blank lol) the weird shit on it is gun-gum around the welds to try see if the horrible noise was a hole... any way what you think it is? other than shit and in need of a replacement??

you have prittymuch the best pipe you can get for it

nobody makes them as its a known fact 100 engines are just plain shit
endy's suck, but a shitty exhaust that dont blow is beter than a good one that does.

try get a decent scoot, your old enough to have a typh/runner/sr 125 with a NICE piaggio engine.. so do it, you WONT look back (well, except to spot your friends)

lol this is true but first i've got to get rid of this...

also i think its a 50cc exhaust... cuz the "U" shaped pipe is the same size as my mates on his aerox 50, and my mates mhr 70 aerox has a wider pipe than this lol...

and if any1 fancys buyin a 50cc doppler exhaust with a blown silencer gasket offer away lol :)

erm, the u shaped bit (the stinger) has fuck all to do wiht the cc... its not a car, bigger bore is NOT beter bore on the exhaust (it isnt on cars tbh, just what the idiots down the cruises think)

could well be a 100 pipe, just a 100 pipe made to be as shit as the engine.... you not got a stocker lying about for now?

unfortunately not... im 99% sure its a 50cc exhaust tho which i'm assuming is making a difference... also i think rollers are too heavy so will try some lighter ones once i get a chance...

if its a 50cc pipe then i would of thought its holding back performance...

The 100cc sports pipes have a bigger expansion chamber area than the 50cc sports pipes ;)

its a doppler S3R. No one can tell you if its 50cc or above judging by a picture of the end can.

    Not sure about that...

Looks like a 100 pipe to me. The 50 kicks up more and is slimmer at the rear. The mounts also different.

Buy a brand new doppler S3R if you want to continue with that bike.. they are the best for the speedy 100's and you'll have a brand spanker which wont blow/rust/look shit for as long as you look after it

and it'll deffo be a 100 pipe wheras this one your not sure if its a 50 or a 100 one..
