I'm looking to derestrict my SR50 R. I want to get a new pipe so incase I need any warranty work done to the ped I can simply put the original pipe on. I was quoted £90 for a Leo Vinci Hand made TT + £35 fitting from my local ped shop (in croydon) and its NOT 2 wheels ahead. lol

yes they come restricted...youve got to grind the restrictor cone out the down pipe...which is usually held in with 2 spot welds ;)

Should find a TT on there for a low price that website v. good on prices and delivery.

    They do come restricted.

i think most aftermarket exhausts that increase your performance come with restrictors in the exhaust so its jsut a case of asking before you buy it and checking that theres non in them before fitting it in.

ask the seller what year bike the exhaust was on, if it was before 2004 then it wont fit and make sure it was a piaggio engined bike
i got sent a pipe thats similar to that from scooter center
your best bet is to order a pipe for a gilera runner as it is exactly the same
oh and btw on most aftermarket pipes for the sr50r they can end up burning the bottom fairing
so i trimmed mine then lined the inside with aluminion tape
