exhaust bolt snapped in header help!!!

after fitting a crank and malossi 70s put the engine back on and go to put the exhaust on and the fuckin bolt snaps clean in the header with no screw sticking out does any 1 no how to get this shitty bolt out iv thought of carving a line down it so i can screw it out like a flat head or drill it out but my drills nakered any 1 help thanks!

 

Heat, a small hole (need to fix the drill) and an extractor is the only reliable way I know. Extractors are found for very cheap and are always useful when that kind of stuff happens!

You could also try to drill it clean and remake the threading with bigger bolts (Need to pierce the holes on your exhaust as well).

You could try carving a line down, but unsure it would actually work. Exhaust bolts are generally hard to remove anyway when snapped ...

put a nut over it and weld it to the thread then undo it like so

 

I d always try the extractor first... otherwise you just end up drilling and drilling.. lol
